Autumn Sunset Needle Felt Workshop with Sharon Clark

We are delighted to be teaming up with talented local felt artist Sharon Clark to bring this popular needle felting workshop to the Oliver & Hare. Needle felting is the art of sculpting wool using a special barbed needle. Stabbing the wool over and over meshes the wool together to form a firm wool background or object. During the lesson Sharon will guide you step by step to create your stunning sunset scene.You will use merino wool tops to layer autumn colours before adding your tree in the foreground.Your picture will be mounted ready for you to frame. Suitable for beginners upwards. The fantastic venue will provide snacks and your first drink on the house !
