About the Event
NEW FOR 2026 Sketchbook sessions at my studio in the heart of Wendover. These 2hr sketching and drawing lessons are perfect for those who’d like to learn to capture a variety of subjects in pencil. Sometimes we’ll work from real life and other times we’ll draw from photographs.
This is one of my favourite ways to teach, with a small group of just 5 people in my own space. I’ll show you step by step how to use a variety of techniques to give you confidence in drawing. Suitable for beginners upwards you’ll just need to bring an A5 sketchbook and a couple of pencils in 2B and 4B as well as a putty rubber.
Jay is an award winning tutor and under her expert guidance and gentle approach to teaching everyone will leave with work to be proud of.
